Red Steel is definitely an interesting concept. A FPS that uses guns and sword fighting. However, with the clunky sword fighting sequences, an inane story, and tons of bugs and glitches, it isn't the best in the world. It has nice destructible environments, but it isn't the right way to make this type of game. Overall, I'd say rent it and see if you like it.
